Asphalt Construction Co. Inc. is a paving business that was established over 40 years ago and is locally owned by Owen Stanley Jr. Owen is the president of the company and operates with personal experience of 40 years and has been in the paving industry practically all of his life. Each employee of Asphalt Construction Co. Inc. has 12-15 years of paving experience. Owen is a 2nd generation "asphalt man," paving with his dad until marrying in 1971, at that time he and his wife Linda started their own asphalt company serving the Central Kentucky Area.

The local asphalt plant operators say that "Owen Stanley Jr. is the most honest paving contractor in Lexington. He won't cut you short on materials."
